There was a guy @ the front desk who worked the 8am-8pm who was extremely helpful my entire stay. It was the 2nd time I'd been there and really like the hotel a lot. I travel quite a bit & plan on coming back in feb/march period.
I'm sorry I can't remember the kid's name, he was around 20-25 yrs old and looked like he may be of Indian ancestory?

Je suis ravie de mon séjour. Malgré le manque d'isolation phonique, tout le reste est excellent. La propreté est impeccable ce qui est primordial et l'accueil cordial.
Je reviendrai volontiers.
Le bon offert pour le bateau mouche et petit déjeuner inclus est un plus qui fait la différence.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec un hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix, central et proche du métro. Nous sommes satisfaits.

Good selection available for breakfast. We were up slightly before 7am to catch an early flight and everything was already laid out. Staff very friendly. It was handy having a computer to print out return flight tickets. Lunch pack was a nice touch and the bottles of water on arrival (quite late) were much appreciated. Very handy for metro station and plenty of nice restaurants in vicinty if you arrive hungry and don't want to travel too far on your first night to eat. Hotel helped ensure an enjoyable stay in Paris.
